Our hope is to equip and cultivate a community of people who intentionally care for the people in and around our lives. The journey starts with each of us. The Heartland Care team includes staff, pastoral elders and volunteers who are equipped to come alongside people in a time of need. Should your needs require attention beyond our care team, we will consult with you to find the best referral source to a professional partner.
