Services

We offer Several Services for you to consider. Sunday Morning provides programs for children and is available at 9:00 and 11:00 o'clock. The South Service is an identical service that meets at 11:00 am only at Pioneer Trail Junior High School in Olathe.

Sunday evening is our College/Post-college community called The Gathering and it meets at 7:00 pm.

Worship and Communion is an extended time of worship, prayer and communion and occurs at 7:00 pm on the first Wednesday of the month.

Sunday

We gather on Sundays to explore the person, claims, and depths of Jesus. What might make us a bit quirky, however, is that we dress down and drink a lot of coffee in doing so (it helps that it's free, not to mention good). We also work really hard to translate the Scriptures into ways that are relevant and applicable to our every day lives. And so, whether its through our live music, original videos, or dynamic teaching, we'll stop at nothing to creatively tell the most incredible story ever lived.

Sunday South Service
Note: during the transition to our new building, Heartland is currently meeting in two locations. Our original campus in Overland Park and a temporary location near our new building in Olathe. For more information on the new south service, visit the south service page.

New Community

New Community meets once a month on the first Wednesday of the month (except January). Join us on Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. as we express together our growing faith in Jesus through further biblical study, extended worship, prayer, and reflection.

The Gathering

The Gathering (a ministry of Heartland Community Church) is a group of college and post college folks who meet together on Sunday evenings at 7:00 for worship, prayer, and community. News and in-depth information available at the Gathering blog.

If you consider the gathering your home community, want to become more involved, or would like to learn more about the heart of who we are, you are invited to attend 61. We meet at 10:15 am on Sunday mornings in the gallery, which is located on the north end of the building.
