ways to give

We don't pass around the offering plates all that much on Sunday mornings, so you may be wondering, "How do I give to Heartland?" For your convenience, there are several different ways you can give:

• Offering Boxes - located near the exits in our auditorium
• Drop Box - located below our front office window
• Mail - Heartland Community Church, 8301 Lamar, Overland Park, KS 66207
• Electronic Funds Transfer - want to make your giving automatic? Contact Patty Johnson (info below).
• Online Giving - Click here to give online. Online recurring giving coming soon.
• Assets - you are also welcome to donate non-cash donations such as cars, real estate, and collectibles! We have established a foundation through the Servant Christian Community Foundation. Please contact Steve Fisher for further information.

We are able to receive all donations in the form of cash, check, stocks, and mutual funds. Checks may be made payable to "Heartland Community Church". Your donations are tax-deductible, and we provide quarterly and year-end receipts for your records. If you are giving cash and would like a receipt, please be sure to enclose it in an envelope with your name and pertinent information.

WHERE YOU CAN GIVE

HCC Ministry Fund
We encourage folks to make their primary tithe of 10% towards this general fund because it supports ALL ministries at Heartland.

Above & Beyond Gifts
We also encourage people to give beyond their 10% tithe to different passions and interests. Such opportunities include:

• The go. campaign
• HEMI
• Leadership Training Project
• Benevolence Fund - this fund is specifically set aside to help heartlanders in need.

If you wish to give to one of these funds, please be sure to note it in the memo line of your check or on the envelope with your cash donation.
