Brad Herndon
Communities + Discipleship Pastor
We’re convinced that our church is healthier and stronger when its leadership is done together. So, under the authority of Jesus Christ, Heartland is led by a body of “elders.” This body is divided into three different teams— Lead Pastor Team, the Board of Directors and the Pastoral Elders.
Communities + Discipleship Pastor
Operations & Development Pastor
Leadership + Teaching Pastor
Heartland’s Lead Team that consists of three, co-equal lead pastors who guide the staff and ministries of the church. Each pastor leads a different aspect of Heartland’s mission, offering their unique gifting and perspective in collaboration with the others for the good and health of the church. How does this work? It takes a lot of humility and trust, which make our leadership—and our church—stronger.
