The best week of your summer is happening July 14-18, 2025! MVMT is partnering with CIY and heading to camp MOVE in Lawrence, KS, and you’re invited to join us! Get ready for incredible worship, inspiring speakers, practical workshops, and endless opportunities for fun and connection—all designed to help you take the next steps in your faith journey with Jesus. The early bird cost is $500 and must be paid in full by May 1. After May 1, the cost increases to $550 due in full at registration. Spots are limited so sign up early! Waivers are required to hold a spot!

You’ll get a more updated packing list closer to camp, but in general, you’ll need active clothes/ shoes for 5 days, toiletry items like soap/shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush/paste, your bible and a pen or pencil, bedding for a twin XL mattress, and optional snacks, games, and money for snacks or camp merch.
Our drive is short, so we won’t stop for food on the way or on the way back. However, the camp is on the campus of KU, and the camp has merch, so if your student wants to buy a t shirt or another item, we recommend $30-$50.
Drop off is 1 PM Monday, July 14, at the garage on the south side of the building. Pick up at the garage is at 6 PM Friday, July 18. We will take busses to and from camp.
We bring our small group leaders to camp! They all attend Heartland, have been through our thorough background check process, and are safe, fun, Jesus-centered adults. Also, our Child Protection Policy ensures that no adult is ever alone with a student in a private space (vehicle, dorm room, etc). We’d love to connect you with your student’s small group leader! We take steps to ensure everyone can experience camp this summer. The KU cafeteria is also a restriction-inclusive dining hall. Email DJ at djt@heartlandchurch.org with any restrictions so we can work with you to make the necessary arrangements.
We will be staying in the dorms of KU. There are two beds in a room sharing a bathroom (shower/toilet). Boys and their adult leaders sleep in separate halls from the girls and their adult leaders. Adults do not room with students. If your student has a specific roommate request, we will do our best to accommodate.
KU’s cafeteria has diverse options for every meal, from Italian to burgers and chicken nuggets to pizza, a great salad and dessert bar, soda, and more. Dietary restrictions and food allergies will be accommodated but should be communicated at registration via email to DJ at djt@heartlandchurch.org.
Many factors are part of this decision, and parents are often surprised to learn that our events do not pay for themselves. Your cost covers the camp fee, including things like housing and food for 5 days, camp production, speakers, fun, etc. Outside of the camp fee, your cost also covers transportation to and from camp and the registration for our adult leaders. Since we ask so much of our small group leaders for the week, some of your cost goes to cover their expenses for attending.
