Community + Group Leaders

Heartland Communities are groups of people who meet regularly to make space for building relationships to make Jesus first.  Communities come in all shapes and sizes—from small groups meeting on patios or around tables, to affinity groups meeting on trails and in coffee shops, to students meeting on their campus, to teams serving our neighbors across Kansas City. No matter the community, one thing is true: these are made possible by the leaders who envision and lead them.

Communities build relationships by gathering people around a particular passion they have in common.

Groups meet to discuss our weekly sermons and the scriptures behind them to help people grow in their faith together.

Our seasonal courses like Midweek and Men’s/Women’s Studies are facilitated by table leaders who guide discussions.
